The items I ordered were a good price, and I was mostly happy with them.
However, the pair of curtains I received were not the size ordered, and not suitable for any of my windows. I have contacted them more than once on their given email address, and been completely ignored. Not a company I would recommend if you have any problems with your order.
I also think that they should look at their packaging options. The items came in a huge box that was half full of packaging, and still had room for at least double my order.

Great products/price and quick delivery

Ordered a last minute Christmas present from this company only for them to send a completely wrong product. I was asked to return the incorrect item in order to receive my refund. This item was returned over a month ago and I am yet to receive my refund. I’ve sent multiple emails, all have been replied to reassuring me that my refund would be issued quickly but I am still waiting. Terrible customer service.

I bought this black curtain pole on discount for just £5 based on people's reviews. It was beyond amazing ? I was surprised by how fantastic the quality of the pole is, and it came with everything even the nails. The pole was adjustable and strong.
The delivery was great. As soon as I received it and discovered the quality, I immediately purchased another one. Perfect perfect 10/10

Difficult to fault this company. Wide range of interesting goods at bargain basement prices. A few of the recommended retail prices are a tad on the optimistic side though I've now received 3 orders from them - all well packaged, and quickly delivered by well respected carriers.

I was very satisfied with the quality of my purchase and the availability of it. I was able to buy more for a good price and that it was able to be delivered fast. The whole process was efficient and convenient.

The prices of all items I have purchased have been good, the re sale on these products have been good.
However, the packaging/shipping to me has been terrible, between 30% to 50% of the products I have purchased have arrived with battered boxes.. this is due to the boxes not being packed correctly and pure quality of card/boxes used..
if these products had all arrived 100% intact to me then I would have been able to sell more products from you in stead of scrapping them and in turn from the sales had more capital a lot quicker to purchase more items again…

Unfortunately I am still waiting for my last purchase,which I must say isn't Bargain Fox's fault unfortunately they used DPD transport to deliver and they haven't they say it was delivered to my neighbor the day after it should have been delivered,DPD don't want to know and unfortunately Bargain Fox didn't start to investigate the issue until a week later. But usually I have been very satisfied with Bargain Fox it's unfortunate that they have started to use DPD to deliver their goods.

Great service and excellent communication. I accidentally inserted the postcode of my previous home, I emailed to explain the error and received a swift response within 24hrs informing me that the error had been amended. Great products at excellent prices.

I came across this site by pure luck! I've told everyone who will listen to me about this site. The prices per product are amazing. I really don't know if you could buy these products at the price BargainFox have them , anywhere else. You just don't know what's going to be on the next page while browsing. Its really exciting . i also recommend to everyone to buy the offer off cheap postage . once you have the offer you can order anytime and save money too. I really love browsing this site. as does everyone I've told . Keep up the good work Bargain Fox!

Sadly this company is let down by some major issues quality control being one pricing another and the delivery method anyone who uses evri/hermes need their head seen to

Over past few month prices have really shot up and quality has gone down along with stock levels there has been nothing worth buying for a while now so until they up their game i wont be using again

I came across BargainFox, when I was looking for "bubble" glass for my vapes. Firstly, I was amazed by the price, then by the delivery time. The items were delivered within 48 hours. Unfortunately, I had ordered the wrong size of glasses, through no fault of B.F., so I wasn't able to use them. As the glasses were so cheap, I just took it on the chin. I would certainly use them again.
